REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Registered Dental Assistant: Individuals who have a registered dental assistant, RDA license from the State of Texas. 

  • Responsibilities: Support dentists in all clinical tasks, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. 
  • Duties: Prepare patients for treatment, sterilize instruments, take dental radiographs (X-rays), manage dental materials, and assist during procedures. They also provide post-operative instructions and patient education. 

AREAS IN WHICH REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANTS ARE NEEDED

This is where patient treatment is performed. Dentists, Hygeinists, Hygeine Students, Registered Dental Assitants are the eligible to work on the treatment floor.
